Well this doesn't have much to do with not drinking other than it not being possible without sobriety. Maybe a bit about spirituality because I prayed my butt off and turned it over. I put an offer in on a nice little house on the water
in mid december and the bank that owns it finally accepted it. Yeah! smilesmilesmile
Only because my higher power yanked me out of the jaws of alcoholism and drug
addiction, could it be remotely possible. I really should be dead or in jail somewhere. Now if I can only get a loan biggrin

Sweeeeeeet!...Sounds awesome dude. Way to go...we all invited to the house warming party? A house on the water has always been a dream of mine, of course I'm very close to the ocean but the water is too damn cold!!!!

Wow, that is a dream. I hope you pummeled them a bit on price :) good luck on the loan, the whole loan markets not as bad as they think so far. People that can afford loans are still getting them. In fact I haven't heard bad loan stories from people yet, just the media.

yeah Tugg it was a "short sale" where the bank and owner agrees to sell short of the remaining balance. In this case about $180k short smile. He's got his own damn Island. All is not that bad though. His streets are designed for a Guzzi so that is some solace. :)

I think we should take over the whole Island. You might have to buy a boat Dean. I see plenty of deals on fixer up yachts. Small motor, big sails. You could be one of those dashing sailors like Eroll Flynn
