well almost, but i did manage to change the pc sound card and graphics card, for me that is huge!!


mad hey, I would have paid someone to do it a couple of years ago, oops no I would have pawned if for booze at the first sign of problems changing the cards over.

Hi Robert,

Congratulations on changing the sound and graphics cards. I know what you mean about being a budding computer geek! In about 10 days I'm setting up a wireless broadband connection for a neighbour. There was a time I would have meant to get round to doing it, but I wouldn't have.

Sobriety's pretty darned good, isn't it?

Arent you two glad, that we arent drunks..AND computer Geeks too?


Hell!!...we would need a keyboard the size of a large desk..just to be able to see the keys eh..:)

I know once you changed those cards you must have been like "Oh, my God was that simple!!"


My brother is the 'computer geek'. Well, it's his job to be!


I put my first complete computer together a couple of months ago. It wasn't so bad, but I must say that I was scared to power 'er up!
