It is during these times of trudging, though, where I get closer to my Higher Power, if I do the next right thing and recognize that it is time (always...) to enlarge on my spiritual life.
It is during these times that I go to more meetings, because nothing is wrong, yet something is wrong...
To know that i will indeed come out of it happy and energized again, on another sunnier day, if I do NOT pick up.... that is what I await eagerly. Life still has high's and low's... Sometimes they are present when nothing at all is wrong.... But I choose the path of life today.... it is better on it's worst day than drinking was on it's best day.
