Best rooms in the house for installing awning windows?

We are starting a full home remodel and I really like the look of top-hinged windows that open outward from the bottom. Where in a house do these make the most practical sense from a ventilation and privacy standpoint?

Top-hinged designs excel in areas where you want continuous ventilation even during light rainfall. Because the glass swings outward to form a tiny protective awning, rain slides right off while fresh air circulates freely inside. Installing Awning Windows high up in bathrooms or above kitchen counters provides excellent privacy, keeps steam from building up, and prevents moisture damage. They are also popular in basements because their tight compression seals improve security and thermal efficiency.

We put one right above our kitchen sink last spring and it's been awesome. Being able to leave it cracked open while cooking on rainy afternoons without worrying about water on the counter is so convenient.
