Smartphone apps have become part of our daily routines, but theres this growing worry that they might be listening to more than just what we choose to share. I recently caught myself wondering if my phones microphone is always on, secretly picking up conversations or tracking my actions when Im just going about my day. It feels a bit unsettling, especially since I use my device for chatting, shopping, and even banking.
