Is there a 12 step group for me?

Hi guys,
I'm not in the right place but I hope you can point me in the right direction. I'm not an alcoholic - Im addicted to porn, nicotine, junk food, and watching excessive television. Nobody would see my life and think I am out of control with these things - actually the amount I indulge in any of them is relatively minimal - but the truth is I am not able to stop despite my best efforts. I want to do the 12 steps (I am unable to become abstinent by myself), but Im not sure if an appropriate group exists for me. I dont drink or take drugs (anymore), and Id be worried about not being taken seriously in a group where severity and consequences of addictions were perhaps on a different level. Has anyone got any advice please?
With love,
Ross

Welcome to the forum, r1234. Here are a couple of leads that might be helpful.

www.samhsa.gov/find-help/national-helpline

bigbooksponsorship.org/articles-alcoholism-addiction-12-step-program-recovery/directory-big-book-sponsorship-12-step-meetings/addictions-anonymous/

They seem to cover some of the ground you describe.

We're mostly AA around here. But maybe we could help....
