DAY ONE COMMUNITY DETOX

So its here day one of community detox started my meds today. Feeling a bit detached and just trying to take it one day at a time. This is the second detox I have undertaken wish me luck. Looking forward to going in to aa next week back in to the rooms to get the support and start the 12 twelve step program

Ignore the politics of anything or anyone during these first months. Drown yourself in literature. Talk to the people who have walked this walk and take it easy on the coffee eh?
