Any Problem With Holiday Religious Displays In AA Meeting Places?

This issue came up at a group conscience meeting recently.  The question raised was whether there was any guidance from AA or AA experience about certain holiday season displays that might evoke religious concepts or sentiments in AA meetings where the AA group had total control of the meeting space.

Anyone ever deal with this issue? Any thoughts?

Personally, I rather enjoy them ... why not have a method of showing that there is a 'Higher Power' that can change one's life and perspective on life? ... all without forcing others to believe the same ... It's certainly an option for those who are new to this way of healing ...

Love ya and God Bless,
Pappy ...

Eh, I just see quaint traditions. I won't let religious stuff interfere with my recovery/sobriety.
