Well,  I do think he is over reacting cuz of things in his own head.  I don't think we need to apologize,, I think I'm just going to let go of this subject now, and hope that, as he has misunderstood cuz of things in his own head, he might think about it. Sounds like my mother actually,,,  if there was a little criticism she would get hysterical until everyone apologized.  If we go on with it it just keeps making it a big deal.
