I am so grateful for you all and as and program today is 22 yrs since I lost my infant son. Kept me sick drinking for many I have him his wings I will have 11 months 2nd and can't remember not picking up a drink to bumb the pain and guilt . Today I have made it through XMAS mother's day, without picking up feeling it and bring able to let go and no desire for that drink today so very grateful today I can remember and smile she's a year and its ok. Thank you the feeling is like non other

Your example, Raquel, of perserverence is inspiring.

It's amazing to me how we now can endure great trauma--without using our old means of emotional and emotional escape.

Keep hanging in there.
