You simply post what's on your mind (dealing with recovery) ... there are many of us here from around the world, so replies may take anywhere from a few minutes to couple 2 or 3 hours ... just be patient ... and you'll get a variety of views to your questions ...

Hi, i am not sure what to offer you, but you made 220 days, that's awesome, i only have 84 and i just go to meetings and take long walks , stay away from my old stomping grounds, but i am lucky i live in a very urban area with lots of meetings. I find this forum very helpful , i go through the archives and read lots of useful stories, plenty of guidance, and some real ideas to help keep me on the right path. Wow 220 days is quite an accomplishment
