Best Christmas gift ever.

My partner, Tracey,  has 2 daughters.  Zoe, 17, who lives with us and amy, 23, who lives with her partner and their 3 yo daughter.

I've been with Tracey since February 2015.  In a that time, amy has kept her distance. So yeah, my granddaughter gave me a tin ofHenderson's relish crisps.  I was stammering with glee.  Her mum and dad, amy and Cammie, went one better with 4 bottles of Henderson relish. (You can't buy it in this part of scotland, you have to import it from sheffield).

That alone was the most thoughtful gift ever.  I was speechless.  It's like being given lifeblood.  The elixir of youth. The serum of immortality.

But best of all, absolutely the best of all, was amy came up to me in the kitchen and gave me a hug.  A real tight squeeze. A real 'you're ok, welcome to the family' squeezy. Choked me up so it did.  Ok she said that's it until next Christmas.

Don't care.  That was the Best Gift Ever.

It's good right enough. £1.60 a bottle by post from their website, plus post and pack.....are you allowed to import foodstuffs?
Ingredients...water, spirit vinegar, sugar, plain caramel, salt, tamarind, cayenne pepper, cloves, garlic oil.

NO alcohol.
Gluten free.
Vegetarian

It's safe to say Sheffield natives are obsessive about hendos
Look on YouTube for everly pregnant brothers, particularly 'no oven no pie', 'hendos' and 'they tried to make me go to rovrem'....viewer discretion advised though.

I am glad that you had a good Christmas. My son is an artist and he always told me that looking at art always helps you to relax,it helps calm your chaotic mind. Though I am no artist myself I would have to agree with him.Whenever I was in the brink I always went to the park or hunt for art exhibits nearby. We just recently had a renovation and the walls are bare especially in the living room so I thought of treating myself this Christmas and I bought some wall art ( www.surplusfurniture.com/en/kamloops/accessories/wall-art/1/ ).My son was pleased, in a way that made me happy too.
