I attended my first aa meeting yesterday what a brilliant experience. I have already been to other types of meetings but this really spurred me on. Day 11 today without a drink go me proud ofmyself one day at a time. Got the book and met some nice people who I felt really understood me and made me feel very welcome

That's absolutely FANTASTIC Fenners ... ... ... love it ... we suggest a meeting everyday for a while if you can swing it ... you're off to a great start ... keep us up-to-date with your own bad self, LOL ....
