A company that places disabled people in Government and private sector jobs is trying to place me in a job. My resume probably was approved today. I am looking for a customer service or clerical job. they require knowledge of Microsoft office and good typing. I'm taking an online course for Microsoft Office now but my typing speed is really slow. I worked in government before and fast typing wasn't required. My typing is slow because I can't type correctly because I have Motor Disability. (fine hand coordination problems) When I worked at McDonalds I couldn't assemble the sandwiches because of it so I cooked and washed dishes. My disability is schizoaffective disorder. I haven't worked since 2009 except for some comedy gigs. They haven't asked about my typing speed yet. I'm gonna pray I can improve my typing speed and finaly get a job.
