YYep .

We will have "Founders day meeting" here in Aussie , at my

regular Sat morning meeting . We have a couple of 'oldtimers' ,

th only time we see them is at this meeting , but then again.

I Know how difficult it is to walk a mile in my shoes.

Having some remorse about not attending the convention. I had actually reserved a hotel room and then scheduled a trip over it. .
The year after I got sober (1990) was the first convention that I was aware of, I believe it was in Seattle. It was a goal of mine to go.
5 years ago I looked into and tried to make some plans to meet an old friend there but it didn't happen. Atlanta is probably the closest it will come to FL.
