At this time 0630 east coast Aussie time . 28 yrs ago I was driving myself

to work . At 0645 I made th decision to go back to th psych hospital & get help .

BUT this time I was going to stay there until I was well . At 0700 I made THE Biggest

decision in my life . To stop drinking & give AA a try .

My Friends Thank YOU for The bonus 28yrs of a better quality of life ,

than th meagre existence I had .

I WILL keep coming back.
