Going back to Hong Kong

Hi All,

I just found out that one of the projects I am working on is going to involve some trips to Hong Kong this summer. I'll be doing a ten day trip starting four weeks from today, and then another ten day trip at the end of August. It's likely there will be several more after that.

I used to do quite a lot of business travel to Hong Kong a few years ago and the English speaking AA meetings on Borrett Road in Hong Kong were really wonderful. When that work ended and I stopped going over there I really missed those folks and the HK meetings. They had become a sort of 'second home group' for me when I was working there.

If anyone from HK is reading this, see you guys soon!

Sounds like a blast!...You'll have to drop by the old group and see how they're doing....Really cool!

That is cool Dave!  Nice to know you'll see some old friends on your trip.

... Here's a picture that I took in Hong Kong a few years ago when I first started going there for work. It's the view from "The Peak", which is just a short distance from where the meetings are on Borrett Road. This picture reminds me of the opening scenes in the movie "Bladerunner".
