Hi all! It's been some time since I've posted here. That's not to say I don't periodically check in to read up on the board- it's great to see so many new faces. This board and it's members helped me out quite a bit back when I was a new newbie ... I'm still a newbie in my eyes, but not as new to recovery as I once was haha. 2 years of sobriety has been a trip, to say the least. Thanks to all for being here and continuing to be inspiring.
It's good to hear from you again. Glad you dropped in to say "hi". So, now you've got two whole years of sobriety under your belt! That's absolutely fabulous! Good for you! Has the time gone fast or slow? Sounds like things are going well for you. I hope we'll be hearing more from you very soon. Keep in touch if you can.
Yeah I do that too..When my thinking needs to be on a particularly high level..a sober 2 cents is worth quite a bit more..generally for the offeror...and just might hit the spot for an offeree....even after 40 yrs sobriety.Fundamentals never change. We help ourselves by helping others..
I popped in to say hey also!! Glad I saw your post!! I came here when I was five years sober, now I have nine years!! I tend to get more involved on this site during the summer months!! Love this site for the fellowship and support I find here. I also enjoy trying to give insights when possible.
