                    You Know Me

You know me, I'm your best friend

I'll be with you until the end

I'm the reason you get into fights

I'm the one destroying your life.

 

I was there when you got in trouble with the law

You know me, I'm alcohol

I'm there when no one else is

I'm the one who helped you lose your spouse and kids

 

You don't want to give me up

I'm the one who brings you fun

You know you can't let me go

I'm the only true friend you know

 

Letting alcohol go is hard to do

With support and AA I'll make it through

Alcohol has caused to much pain

Its time to throw that heartache away.
