For anyone new to sobriety, who may have come into AA with some liver problems, as I did a few months back, here is a link to advice on how to eat healthy to allow your liver optimum chance to heal.  (no quack remedies---just nutritional advice)

I had some tests and my liver is ok they say, no Hepatitis or anything-

But I must confess, I do worry regularly about my health- I just have to get that off my chest!

I try to stay optimistic, and usually I am very grateful- I think the human body is capable of amazing, near-miraculous healing- And I've been eating a lot of vegetables and fruits, whole grains, vitamins, organic food, I believe healthful diet and exercise is very important.

But I still do have strange symptoms, I don't know what portion is real and what imagined- Although I think it is getting better-

I guess in the end I just have to turn a lot of this over to God, but it is not easy always-

Anyway I hope everyone is having a great weekend-

Take Care,
Joel
