Hi Nanners80,
Congratulations on 22 sober days! Good for you trying to change your life and continue to stay sober. You didn't mention it but have you thought about attending an AA meeting? You can go online and find meetings in your area. The meetings are filled with people, like you and me, who are addicted to alcohol and will give you so much support. I am glad you posted and hope to hear how you are doing.

Welcome to MIP Nanners, ... Congrats for 22 days ... BTY is right about finding some AA meetings ... they're a lot cheaper than a 'treatment center' and usually have greater success rates, if you'll go daily for 90 days ... ... ... (to start with)

Welcome! I couldn't not have stayed sober without AA. Counseling helped too but AA was the missing piece for me and why I couldn't not progress in life and why I couldn't stop drinking.

Welcome to MIP Nanners....I left treatment early to commit to AA....Been sober ever since. I guess it comes down to...What are you willing to do to solve your problem? I know nothing worked for me....Until I was beaten so badly....I was willing to do anything....And that meant reading, listening, taking suggestions and following up on them...As far as my drinking was concerned....For the first time in my life.
