Pappy just posted this on another posting and I wanted to do a separate posting with it, because it has such an important meaning to me, as I used "what other people did or said to me" and subsequent feelings from those things as excuses to drink. Now I have to keep in mind that I have to have control over my own feelings and reactions. Scares the dingy out of me, but it is important.

Thanks Pappy! This is my "quote of the day" and hope you don't mind my borrowing it from you :)
