Hi Pocket, ... glad you found us ... welcome to the family ... you are important to us ... it's how we continue to grow ...

 

We all have different stories on how we got here, and amazingly, they're pretty much all the same ... We became very sick with this disease and sought out help from others that found a way to recover ... hope to hear more from you soon ...

Welcome Pocket!
(Pappy, when I first saw your posting title I thought that this was a new section of the MIP board named "Pocket", rather than a newcomer you are welcoming. Well, it is still a little earlier, and I haven't had all my a.m. coffee, so I am not fully awake :)

Good to have you with us, Pocket! Neat name. I used to stuff my jacket pocket with a can of beer sometimes. Now it can nicely hold the small version of the BB :):)

Welcome to MIP Pocket...I read your other post. This site will be great for support until you are up to getting to a meeting...Do you have a copy of the Big Book?...The directions for the 12 steps...It tells us exactly what we have to do to recover.
