"Be Aware of the Snowball Effect of Your Thinking"
"Choose Your Battles Wisely"
"Surrender to the Fact That Life Isn't Fair"
"Become More Patient"
"Learn to Live in the Present Moment"
The above are just a few of the names of the chapters in the book, "Don't Sweat the Small Stuff" written by Richard Carlson, Ph.D.
I picked up a copy of Don't Sweat the Small Stuff at a yard sale not too long ago. I had one of these books years ago and I don't think I read hardly any of it. The book is full of other ways to "keep the little things from taking over your life". Of course, this is not a replacement to me working the steps with my sponsor or the Big Book. I posted this thinking someone else may be interested in finding it, too.
Read it a long time ago, thought it very good too ... it's packed away and on a tractor trailer somewhere at this moment ... must pull it out and refresh my memory when the opportunity presents itself, ... thanks BTY ...
Hum, I think the title said 'Don't Sweat the Small Stuff' ... because 'It's All Small Stuff' ??? or is my mind play tricks on me ???
