Thanks for the cartoons ... LMAO, I had been thinking of posting some similar ones but didn't have the, uh, uh, guts to do it ... didn't want Pinky to slap my hand, LOL ... ... ... you can get away with more than I can, LOL ...

Anyway, movers are ahead of schedule ... which is good AND bad ... I went to get a bowl and spoon for my cereal this a.m. and there was no dishware nor silverware ... LOL ... all boxed up ... so I got cereal, milk, no bowl no spoon ... so I decided to make some toast, ummm, no toaster ... maybe fry an egg, no fry pan ... bake some cinnamon rolls, no bakeware ... went to pantry to get a breakfast bar ... nothing there but the trash can ... found an apple in my 'to go' bag and a breakfast bar ... now I got to rethink my food choices AND go to the store, get plastic spoons, forks, and knives ... I did manage to 'pigeonhole' a coffee cup, thank God ... otherwise I'd have been a total disaster ... ... ...

Tomorrow they come and load up all the stuff they packed and most of the furniture ... then I have to wait til Sunday when the little lady comes back home so we can go to closing together Monday ... Sunday night should prove interesting ... seeing as how there's only the bed and a couple outdoor chairs left ... If I don't go nuts first, we should be in our new home this time next week, well, maybe ... we close on our new house Wednesday ... it may be Thursday before we have anywhere to sit or sleep ... (taking the sleeping bags just in case, LOL ... I didn't dare them them pack those ... Ha, just like old times ... uh, we had some good times with 2 sleeping bags zipped together ... 40 years ago ...) ... (least we don't have to worry about having more kids now ... LOL)...

Thanks RubyT ... ... ... they were here all day today and didn't quite finish, ... so they'll be back in the a.m. to try and get the rest of the stuff ... since I was alone for the holidays, they asked if they could work today, I said sure ... knock yourselves out, and they did, LOL ... ... ... it is starting to drive me a little 'nutso' though ... still sober, just a little crazier ... LOL

Plus, I don't know if it's the holiday 'internet' traffic or what, but I lost my connection for several hours today, got it back for about 30 minutes, then out again for a couple hours ... Huh, that's never happened before ... ??? ... it felt like it may have been an internet 'traffic jam' or sompin ....
