The choice is mine. It reminds me of a statement the AA book on Pg 66 makes on resentment: "It is plain that a life which includes deep resentment leads only to futility and unhappiness. To the precise extent that we permit these, do we squander the hours that might have been worth while."

How wonderful it was when I first discovered that happiness really is a choice!  I never knew this until sobriety.  Blessings to all, Mike D.
