Looks great! I'd hire you if you were anywhere near us. :)

Not to be picky, but the word you want is "leaned" - not "lend" and "homes" needs an apostrophe.

"95% of the homes I pressure wash do not require a ladder to be leaned against the homes' thin vinyl siding."

I'm not a grammar Nazi, honest! It's just that, when ads go out in print you want them to be perfect.
