I saw this slogan at a group recently. For me it stated all the traditions and steps in one go. I thought about this in my own life, and I realised that self will runs a riot sometimes. God has to be in charge for me otherwise my peace and serenity is affected.

Indeed. For me, the 3rd Step is something I have to reaffirm everyday. The only useful way I can exercise my own will, is to use it to keep turning my life over to the care of God as I understand Him.
