Feeling loved by HP

I did a 5th step with the sponsee that I've had since I was 6 months sober.  She's been relapsing the whole time - now has 3 months and experienced the 5th step the way it was meant to be (I felt it anyway).  It went really well and I almost heard audible clicks : )

I do hope that God has chosen this to be her time... if not... well... I stayed sober, and it was just what I needed in my life today.  Kind of ironic that my other sponsee who I've been working with for several months also wanted to do her 5th step this afternoon.  I wonder what the lesson for me in that was???  Of all the days we've been working together - how did they both fall ready on the same day???  Felt weird to be 'already booked for a 5th step' when one asked after the other!  LOL

Maybe because I'm singing in a wedding held at the Pabst blue ribbon brewery in Milwaukee this weekend???? HP has me extra protected on both sides of it?  I didn't know I needed that extra cushioning and love - but then again - what do I know???

With love,

Tasha

My 5th step was very powerful - the sense of release was just as described in the Big Book. Here's praying for you and your sponsees. Well-done!

Now you know what it feels like to be loved. Keep that momentum going, okay. Onward.
