Another day,our eyes are opened, WE know where we are, we are not sick and shaking and begin our morning meditations(prayers, gratitude ,short reflection before we rise)Our thoughts will lean toward seeking to reach out to at least one other individual who may still be sick and suffering or someone who just quietly knows WE are there. Just For Today, we will seek to be of maximum service to the God of our own understanding and others.WE may stumble and fall but we know where we have been, the miracle of LIFE that has occurred over a period of time and what we do to remain in that fit spiritual condition guided by that Power greater than us..If you are here at MIP for the first time, just coming back or on the edge of making that decision to do whatever it takes to get into the Solution,,WELCOME...If you are continually working in the solution and and seeking God's will(to be the best God wants you to be)WELCOME..Take a moment, laugh in your heart, drip a tear of joy and Lets go to WORK! Have a blessed and productive day.......

I been working on some 'homework' to give my new sponsee ... he's in his mid twenties ... stayed sober for 1 year, 2 years ago, and has come back a little more humble and wants to work it through again ... he was just diagnosed with Aspergers Disorder ... and at times is a little 'spacey' ... lives with parents and does not have a job ... (great enabling situation) ... I'd like to help work him toward gaining a skill he could market to go get a job, but as of yet, with only a HS diploma, I can't come up with anything ... guess we'll concentrate on learning and practicing the principles for the next few months , then I'll see if I can get him interested in some 'line of work' that he can excel at ...
Any thoughts ??? ... (I know, he's just a kid, and I haven't had very good luck with this age group ... wish me luck and keep us in your prayers ... thanks!)
