Sorry Bob, ... 1/4 til 11:00 I went to eat breakfast and got a call from my 80 y/o neighbor ... he needed some help with a rental property ... said it would probably be next week before we could get in, that he'd call me back, knowing now that I would be available ...

Well, I ate, came back down to my computer and logged on the 'chat room' ... I didn't see anyone there and my neighbor called back saying we could get in to work on the property right now ... so I logged off to go help him ... Sorry I missed the meeting ...

Not a problem Pappy. I stayed until 11:20 and no one showed so I went about my day. Guess we can try again tonight.
