yes Pappy , I start My day right , works for me  .

As I wake I Plant my feet flat on the floor - I;m grounded.

I take a deep breath - that gives me my energy for the day.

I start with these humble words - "Thank you for today God.

Yes God what are WE doing today , lead me , guide me ,

Safely & Sanely Today".

If I am in a hurry , I add . 'C'mon HP , C'mon guardian Angels

keep up , I've got heaps on today . BUT  , I never go faster -

than my guardian Angel can fly'.

works for me.
