God answered my desperate call for help. A phone call came from a man who was 6 months sober. He had a list of numbers he was calling, to carry the 12th step message. My name was not on that list, but God put it there. A mix up resulted in my name being picked. The miracle was granted,[13 April 1988] but after 2 weeks I succumbed to that 1st drink. A few months later [19 August 1988], God was going to grant me permanent sobriety.

So to all of you, my brothers and sisters, I have not enough words to tell you how grateful I am. I have also been on this forum for 3 years.       [6 April 2010]. We might never meet but you are closer to me than my own family.

I pray that God will keep you and your families safe and protected. You are the precious diamonds of God our Father.

Thank you Gonee, ... You are one of those 'pearls' that I sometimes have the pleasure to know ... one of the few people I come across that stand out for their beliefs and convictions ... it is comforting to me to know that there are others out there that have come to know God in a way that proves that we are all children of His/Her divine providence ... To be merely grateful doesn't seem enough does it ... for me and you and others who have found this truly amazing 'higher power', we have come to experience the pleasure in spreading this wonderful discovery ... it has truly turned into a wonderful way to live life in teaching others of the glory of God ...

I love you brother and hand in hand we shall lead by example to help bring those who still suffer into the fold ... we are examples that no one is 'too far gone' to recover ... Glory be to our creator ... May we all continue to receive God's blessings and have the wisdom to recognize it ...


Let's keep the light 'on' for those still searching for the 'Truth' ...,
