Went to a meeting yesterday and who's chairing this meeting? G! For those of you not familiar, I posted a thread called "Prayers for G." not too long ago, and the response was great! (G. was hospitalised w/ a staph infection, a worrisome state, to say the least!) And there he was, telling stories of his alcoholic/addict past, which to me are so vivid that it's like watching a 3-D horror movie. Truly one of my favorite "share-ers". And I thought about those of you on this board who sent positive vibes his way. I can't thank you people enough! I was so blown away by all of this that as I was walking home I realized that 4-11-13 marked 2 years of sobriety for me! I laughed, shook my head, and kept walking. THANKS, EVERYONE!-AlcoHater

I well remember making G part of my prayer list ... ... ... and while it is great to thank us for our prayers for G, it was God that made the results ... He/She does listen, you know ... thanks so much for posting a follow-up ...
AND congrats on 2 years ... keep your head in the clouds but your feet firmly planted on the ground ...
