Thanks. Very important day. This book has saved my life, my marriage and my children and shown me the way to God. The basic text still works miracles in my life, because it's inspiration came from God. When I read my bible, I see the AA book there.

The Big Book did not sell very well in the beginning. Nowhere near the high expectations that Bill W. and Hank P. had built up.That changed after the Saturday evening Post article in 1941.

It has now sold over 30 million copies across the world.
