Am Leaving shortly to go do some work for my youngest son ... so I will be traveling and will have limited access to our site here for the next few days ... 

I will have to use his computer when available ... ... ...

Okay, Okay, ... ... ... Thanks for all the heart felt love tidings above ... Ya'll sound like I'm going to be in cogneato or where ever ... Nope, just not at the board all day like ususal ... (I may have to go a day or two without contact, that's all)

Right NOW ... I was on the computer when Tornado WARNINGS appeared ... shut it off for a while ... it's still thundering and lightening and I can't go to my car (to get tools and such) without getting 'DRENCHED' ... .. ... so I'm trying to catch up

I'm doing a lot of cleaning and laundry and such til the weather clears some ...

P.S. yes Adam, I did bring the kale AND Spirulina and I picked up some spinach last night at the store, Ha Ha ..... along with strawberries, bananas, greek yogurt, honey, apples, etc. .... I'm going to try and get healthy even if it kills me ... LMAO
