Neo is the one responsible for me having a Peanut butter Pie in the frig ... Wife and I hit it hard last night ... a little less than half left (I took my 80 y/o neighbor a sizable piece, since it turned out to be 'outstanding') ... So I will hold off...... , wait a minute, I bet chocolate ice cream WOULD go great with the pie ... GREAT idea nezyb ... see ya'll in about 300 lbs ... ... ...

Thanks everybody for helping me to learn the REAL meaning of 'Love' ... ... ... I'll bet at some point in the next life, we all find each other and have a 'big time' sharing stories ... I just hope it's in that 'cooler' place that I've heard of ... LOL

Okay, you see, it's like this ... ... ... I am averaging 2 oranges, 8 mandarins, 1/2 lb of grapes and maybe one apple every day ... but that's just an excuse to keep my mouth from thinking 'Puff', 'puff', 'puff' ... what was I talking about? ... ... ... .. ... ... ...


Oh yeah, ... my wife went to 'our ' doctor today ... he asked about me, she said he's stopped smoking but gaining weight like he's fixin' to hibernate ... she told the doctor that I was eating a ton of fruit ... he said to her, go tell Roger to limit his fruit to 2 per day, cause what he's really doin' is eatin' too much sugar ... ... she said I ain't tellin' him, YOU tell him ... LOL ... she thinks I never listen to her ... HeeeHeee

 

Oh, tell Neo, I made it through with just eating a piece of pie ... I didn't have room for the ice cream ... LOL ... or was it Tasha, crap I don't remember who  .... never mind ... I'm going brain dead !!!

Simple, ... ... ... Life as a whole, is/was a whole lot easier when I do/did it "One Day at a Time" ... add to the recipe, God and people like you folks, and you have the 'HOW' ... 

 

why'd ya do it?

Something inside of me came to life ... a spirit of some fashion, convinced me I was about to die ... and my wife of 35 years(at the time) said she was finally tired of watching me slow kill myself and said she was leaving so she didn't have to witness the 'end' ... So you ask why??? ... I knew it was finally time to 'live' or 'die' ... pretty simple and is the God's honest truth ...

Don't forget, whether it's here or at a meeting with your local group, it's never a 'ME' program ... ... ... It will always be a 'WE' program ...

Together, we all make the 'miracles' happen ... because in the Good Book, God said, where ever two or more of you are gathered in my name, there I will be also ... just wanted ya'll to know that I see and feel Him/Her in every meeting I attend ... Love you guys ...
