Flight ..a real action packed story of an alcoholic pilot..captures the seamy side of alcoholic behavior..great ending..exciting film..Denzel Washington plays the alcoholic pilot..I loved it.
Saw it first day it came out bout a month ago, not knowing what ii was about,never read the trailer first. Sat thru it realizing how truly blessed to be free from that monster ,just one day at a time. Movie stayed with me for days after.....As much of an impression on me as when I saw Days of wine and Roses as my career in devastation was beginning as a young 12 year old, movies were only .50 cents then.........Like Skynard sang...the smell of death surround you!!

I agree.. Great movie. Denzel did a great job of portraying an alcoholic I thought. When the movie first came out, someone at a meeting mentioned it as triggering for him- I felt just the opposite. I think they did a good job of portraying the not so glamorous life of an alcoholic.
