The recovering acholic is the one who makes the beer run for all the snowed in neighbors! 29" here took 6 hours to get my car garage, and garbage cleared, took condo association all day, and more tomrrow. So sitting around, happy and content, while my friends tie one on, I'll relax with the kids by the fire!

Hey flipper, ...

You need to trade your 'fins' (flippers) in for skis ... ... ... AND more power to the old folks Mike ... no pun intended ... (I'll be sure to keep your Mom in my night prayers ... she sounds like a tough ole bird, no disrespect)

We got 26" here! I had to work yesterday- there was a driving ban, so only us walkers were called in. Not the best stroll I've ever had, but hey, now I can honestly tell my possible future grandchildren that I walked 2 MILES in a blizzard (2 miles each way...) uphill both ways, of course lol to get to work. Mike, I live Rockport! Lovely little town in the summer- your Mom sounds pretty cool:) she knows how to ride out a storm in style;)

hhmmmmmmm............anyone notice the absence of anxiety and whining we in the fellowship seem to maintain during events such as bad storms, even with the outages, floods, concern for others etc. Must have something to do with being sober (and thus sensible) and, oh yeah, that 3rd step thing.
