I thank God for His grace given to me. I only realise how vulnerable and weak I am , is when I get sick. My body temperature just has to elevate by 1 degree and I am disabled. Therefore it makes me realise that all 6 billion people on earth are all vulnerable. Despite our arrogance He has shown mercy to us.
Physical weakness is good sometimes. It makes me humble.

Its good we get sick, it makes us think how how great it is to be healthy.
