Probably not Jimman. I'm the only active member from the DC area, and I moved to FL 20 years ago.
Welcome to the board. Have you considered calling your local intergroup office and asking? I would try
an AA club. They usually have eating meetings on Christmas eve...

Welcome to the board Jimman, ... glad to have you here ... sorry I can't help, I'm in Georgia ... in our particular area, it's meetings as scheduled, although I think there's a group near here with a special additional meeting on Christmas day ...
