Watching God work it...

Picked my sponsee up this morning for a meeting and on the way he talked about what he needed to talk about...I of course did the sponsor thing...listened without interrupting.  He told me about a serious condition in his life that require him placing himself in a safe condition which also meant that he would loose his current living space which was inexpensive and supportive to his fixed low income.  He went over his solution process which included keeping constant company with his Higher Power and express truthfully and confidently that he was fearful because answers were not know to him yet.  He's following the program...several meetings weekly, frequent conversations with me, reads his literature, checks out possibilities and decides about choices after all the above.  He's been cleaning house and trusting God alright and in attending meetings sharing his ESH so that he might be of use to others.  Wasn't much to do after all he has been doing so we talked about continuing to do the same thing and decreasing the fear of what hasn't happened and the future.  Since my home group is a large group with much recovering time I suggested that he reach out to the fellowship there; not his home group and ask for feedback.  After the meeting we had the business meeting and after that I got him to my truck to take him back home.  He was smiling and then laughing..."You know the concerns I was having on the way to the meeting"? he asked I smiled and said "yes"?.  We started laughing..."I have no concerns now...I have a place to live at 100 dollars less than present...and the house population is recoverying people".   I shooks his hand and laughed and said, "It does work when you work it...huh?"

I love to watch miracles....don't you?  (((hugs))) smile  Merry Christmas.
