Anyone else in her path, CT here. I'm prepared, we learned from last year, twice with out power for 5+ days. So, 5 days of food, a good weeks worth of wood, all flashlights checked and new bats on hand. Candles ready. Even a hotel booked for the week if it gets that bad. Only thing into do yet, which may be difficult is filled up the car.

Great to know you're in survival mode ... like the scouts, better to always be prepared ... I'm too far inland to be very concerned ... be safe ...

I'm in De and they're saying that's where she heading. I'll be out in her working so I guess I should rest up now because it looks like I'm not going to getting much sleep this week.

I grew up on the East Coast, live on West Coast now. I am keeping all of you in this storms' path in prayer. Things can be replaced, lives cannot. Extra prayers and blessings to you Db1105. Godspeed.

I'm from New York flipper. So I'm close enough to feel it's effects also. I've already prepared in advance, just in case. The last storm hit the east coast in August of last year, and boy was it a doozy. I only hope it doesn't cause too much damage this time around. Well, it's time to brace for another storm, yet again. At least were sober.  Please pray for us.

"Abandon yourself to God as you understand God...."  Very comforting prayer.

Kinda sorta waited out a Tsunami last evening...day is warm and clear and the ocean still.  I Slept thru it all.   Do the next right thing.   Sending you quiet.   (((hugs))) smile
