These guys were mentioned in another thread by Harobed...Whose sponsor was  sponsored by Charlie of this duo. They started their own Big Book study and it grew and grew and pretty soon they were being invited to other places to do workshops and finally put this stuff on tape. They were invaluable to me and many others as far as bringing that Big Book down to earth...With humour and great insight. If you've never listened to them...You can go to this site...Type in Joe and Charlie...In the search box...And you got it all. AA history...Through the book...And through the steps.....I highly recommend it.

They have both passed on...sober to the end...But will  be helping people through the Big Book and the steps for years to come...RIP...Joe and Charlie. This alcoholic thanks you for being there for me...When I needed it.

Thanks Stepchild, ... ... I've already got them on my 'hard drive' so I can quickly copy them when needed ... these guys are great any way you look at it ... I've listened to them over and over and over ... and now that you've brought it back around ... I think it's time to listen to them again ... thanks
