Wow...how irresponsible. What is this person going to gain by showing you these photos anyway? Is it like a rite of passage or something, who knows? If I were that persons spouse I would kindly show them the door, but that's just me. My wife on the other hand would castrate me first then show me the door. I guess that's why I love her show much; she doesn't take crap from no one, kind of like me. Maybe others shouldn't as well. It's just my take though.

My husband proceeded to show me pictures of his work mates at a Hooters bar this morning. He knew it would upset me as I do have issues with his work anyway. In this job he works away for 2 weeks and then comes home for a week. Prior to this he was a truck driver so he was away also. Not for as long in one hitch, but away constantly with barely a day off a week. It takes a lot of trust and belief that he is behaving while gone. This just through me really off kilter this morning and I know I've got to get the focus back on myself.
Don't sound like he is all that well. This disease makes people sick, in many and sometimes all areas of their life. It's get worse as time goes by. Take care of yourself.
Hi Tracey, Im not sure cuz' I dont get to this site alot , but Im guessing you're the alcoholic here correct?
If true, then yes, you better get the focus back on you, and keeping you sober.
Dont get a resentment against hubby .... Our own literature tells us that resentment is our number one offender.
You staying sober is about you!
I remember being early in sobriety and my husband would do things that would really piss me off ( and I know he wasn't doing them on purpose ) but I was still upset nonetheless. And yeah, there were times I wanted to just beat the crap out of him cuz' he wasn't cooperating with MY sobriety, how dare him??!!! lolol , and of course looking back on it now, its sorta funny, but it certainly wasn't at the time.
My sponsor would always tell me, " Just be as kind as you can , and treat him like a stranger, be cordial to Him". And .... as usual, my sponsor was right!
Hun men will be men, dont throw your recovery in his court take controll back by focussing on yourself and your recovery....If he sees it dont bother you then he will stop playing childish games trying to pull you down to his level,he almost sounds insecure,by showing the pics hes letting you know hes still got what it takes,lol...men will be boys.........Ill keep you in my prayers ........STAY STRONG.......
