Thank you all! :D

Went to a meeting tonight, we did a meditation. It was awesome, I felt really calm and connected to others in the room.

It helped me to stay sober today :) On to 13 tomorrow!

I love meditation. It was the best part of rehab (assuming being in rehab is a good thing)

We do not have such things here I may get a resentment lol :}

Hmm, something to think about though meditation in AA us Brits always follow in your path.

Have you been for coffee with anyone after a meeting yet, walking past bars alone ! Keep walking, and well done.

Every moment brings another day well they have for me. '' Have a good day ;;;

 That sounds like real AA. Does your new group run several meetings?

God bless,

Mike H.

I want to stop drinking and am trying. I was sober for 14 days recently and felt great. I stopped going to meetings and ended up drinking last night. I at least know I can do it now. I am not giving up but has anyone else had issues remembering they are not cured?
