love what you are saying and in so many ways I can relate, when i get that "not so good creepy feeling" I will immediately get on my knees {not essential} and just think meditate,pray to God , my higher power, it seems every time i do I always feel this peace. We have this power, meaning God who is with us, its up to us to use him. Its not a bad thing to use God, he wants you to use him, Hes with me to give me power, courage to help me through life.
God promised me that he will give me a peace, that is not like the worlds peace but its Gods own personal peace reserved for me, If i dont seek him and ask him for it it will never be felt by me.
