Yea, not drinking so much or quiting is always a last resort. Don't miss those shitty hangovers at all.

I hadn't seen vitamins for helping drinkers stay healthy but I have seen vitamins that are supposed to help AFTER you quit lol

If some daily drinkers would just take B Vitamins and Thiamine it actually would curb Korsakov's disease substantially.

I used to drink in a casino in vegas called the holy cow. They brewed black ale and stout and supplemented it with b complex, said out helped with hang overs. Wish I could remember if it worked or not.
