Hi everyone, I'm Jenn and I'm an alcoholic. I'm new to this board and grateful that my HP led me here. Im 46 days sober today, and it hasn't been an easy ride, but I'm glad to be on it. Thank you to everyone who is on this board...when I had thoughts of drinking yesterday, I was able to read so much here and get out of my crazy head. I'm so glad to be here.
Welcome to you. 46 day is huge, congrats. Did you get a 30 day chip? Keep coming back, I know I've found the message board a great place to help put my sobriety front center in my life.
Hi Jen and welcome to MIP, the last time I drank was after 21 days sober and I couldn't see how I would ever last that long again. You've already got more than double that, one day at a time. And you need never drink again. Well done and keep coming back.

Welcome Jen, You are not alone. It was not easy for me in the beginning either. As a matter of fact, I still have my moments when I am "off the beam" so to speak. I must say that the more I kept coming back, got a sponsor, attend meetings, study the Big Book of Alcoholics Anonymous and continue to Practice the principles(12 steps) in all my affairs my life has become indescribably wonderful!!! All of these things were done and is still being done One day At A Time. Glad that you are here. Thank you for sharing and Keep Coming Back!
Congrats on the 46 days, ... glad to have you with us ... please feel free to bring up or discuss anything that troubles you or that you need help with ... (you can't possibly bring up anything that most of us haven't already been through ... We're here to help each other ... Great to have you!

Ditto....I stumbled onto this site too. I might have had a little push...I won't question that. Looks like a nice group of alkies...The kind that don't drink...My favorite kind.
