Very interesting thought.  I have read and heard motivational speakers who say that the way to become the person you want to be, is to start acting as if you have already become that person, even if you don't feel like it yet.

Seems sorta like a Zen kind of thing- you cannot hold water in a clenched fist, but only by relaxing and cupping your hand.... or maybe like a Yoda/Jedi thing- "No try! Only do!"

Or as some AA'ers have said, "Fake it until you make it"....but I also like "Let go, and let God"

Jim,If you put the body in motion the mind will follow....or just suit up and show up.You're right , the spiritual awakenings come when we are ready and keeping it simple is the best way to go, I made everything way to hard for way to long.

Thanks for the share.

hey jim,   GR8 share.....for me,  i have to  read, yes,  but PRACTICE......journalling puts it in my brain better.   meetings and sharing,   but most of all??? i think after of course leaning on my HP,  is to PRACTICE what i learn....put it into memory...so it becomes habit, than becomes behaviour, and than character.........rosie
